Azure

Sessions on Azure should explore real-world applications of Microsoft cloud technologies, covering areas such as infrastructure, security, data services, AI integration, and modern application development, with practical insights and demos to help attendees leverage Azure in their own environments.

Collaboration and Productivity

Sessions on Collaboration and Productivity should explore how Microsoft technologies—such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, and SharePoint Premium (Microsoft Syntex) —can be leveraged to enhance communication, streamline workflows, and empower users to work more efficiently across hybrid and digital workplaces.

Call for Content - Information

We’re excited to invite speaker submissions for South Coast Summit 2025, the largest free Microsoft Cloud Technology Community Conference in the UK.

This event is designed for professionals working across the Microsoft ecosystem, with a focus on the three key pillars of the Microsoft platform: Business Applications, Modern Workplace, and Azure.

  • Friday 17th October – Hands-on Workshops

  • Saturday 18th October – Main Conference Day

Join over 1,400 attendees, 50+ sponsors, and 100+ expert speakers for a packed day of learning, networking, and sharing.

Inspired by events like Microsoft Ignite and Future Decoded, the South Coast Summit delivers expert-led sessions from Microsoft UK, Microsoft MVPs, and top-tier partners, alongside a bustling Expo Hall and immersive Microsoft Technology Centre.

Saturday 18th October – Main Conference

  • 07:00 – Registration opens

  • 09:00 – Keynote by Microsoft Executives

  • All day – 80+ sessions across breakout rooms and theatre stages

  • 16:00 onwards – Networking with sponsors, speakers, and attendees

Session Formats:

  • Breakout Sessions (40 minutes): Held in dedicated conference rooms

  • Theatre Sessions (20 minutes): Delivered on stages within the Exhibition Hall

Speaker Information

We welcome submissions from speakers of all experience levels, from seasoned MVPs to first-time presenters. If you have valuable insights, practical experiences, or innovative demos – we’d love to hear from you.

Speaker Requirements:

  • Align your session to one of our pre-defined tracks

  • Specify your session level using Microsoft’s L100–L400 scale

  • Indicate your preferred format: Breakout (40 mins) or Theatre (20 mins)

  • All sessions must be delivered in person and in English

What Makes a Great Session?

  • Real-world experience and customer stories

  • Interactive formats or panel discussions

  • Live demos and engaging delivery

  • Thought leadership and practical takeaways

Session Setup:

  • All rooms/stages include a TV or projector, microphone, and lectern

  • Speakers must bring their own laptop + necessary HDMI adapter(s)

  • Speakers are to present in-person, at the venue, on the day of the event, at their own expense.
