Alex has spent over a decade in the data and analytics space, building deep expertise across recruitment, technology, and cloud platforms. He began his career with eight years in contract recruitment, specialising in Data Integration, Data Warehousing, and Analytics, where he gained firsthand insight into the skills and technologies shaping the industry.

Alex’s technical journey spans the Microsoft data services stack, Qlik platforms, and modern cloud environments such as Azure and GCP. Known for his deep understanding of BI platforms and his passion for technology, he was a natural fit for Climber. Alex focuses on aligning client needs with the right mix of technology, talent, and processes, ensuring engagements deliver tangible value and drive innovation.

Outside of work, Alex is an enthusiast of everything that’s propelled on wheels and roars with an engine.
