I’m 50 years old and I got a Master degree with honors in Computer Science Engineering in 2000.

Then I won a grant in center research in Turin where he had the privilege to get exposed to a fast-growing and promising company in the Network and VoIP landscape at that time: Cisco.

This experience helped me figuring out an entrepreneurial opportunity, so after incubating few years, in 2004 I co-founded Stonevoice, with the main goal of becoming a key ISV for the Cisco modern telephony offers.

I led the company from 0 to 1M€ in 4 years and then through the opportunity to accelerate growth by building Imagicle.

As President and CEO, I'm driving the vision and strategy, in this market since 20+ years, passionate about this business and technology.

I love empowering people and teams, as key to scale and be resilient, plus I'm obsessed about customer satisfaction, that is one of the key value spread across the company.

Imagicle delivers AI-powered UC and CX applications, omnichannel Contact Center & Receptionist with Virtual Agents, Compliance & Quality Recording, and Interaction Analytics, delivering faster, smarter, and easier communication and collaboration across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments for Cisco/Webex and Microsoft Teams.
