Biography
I have been in the UC/CC industry for 17 years, starting my career at Nortel out of college. After a brief stint at a SIP Trunking startup, I joined Avaya with a focus on CC sales to large service providers. I then joined Tata Communications, where I focused on our advanced solutions portfolio (Global SIP Trunking, SD-WAN, CCaaS/UCaaS). From there, I joined NICE InContact as a Value Realization Services sales lead, before joining AudioCodes in January of 2022.
Here at AudioCodes, I serve as Director of Contact Center sales, focusing on our suite of CCaaS solutions including our Voca Conversational Interaction Center, Voice AI Connect, WebRTC-based Click-to-Call, and CCaaS/UCaaS integration solutions.
