As a long time veteran of the Microsoft landscape, Justin’s background comes from service delivery and IT operations, eventually leaving Microsoft to the consulting world back in 2011. Combinging learnings from both IT service managment and business leadership, Justin set out to help customers with a mission to help based on learnings taken from ownership of one of the world’s largest voice and video deployments. With nearly 25 years in telecom from the inception of UC to helping ship Microsoft products including Live Communication Server, Office Communication Server, and Skype for Business. Justin bridges passion for digital transformation as a service leader joined by a passion for business. As a builder he lends himself to developing business strategy based on real world aspects beyond theory or academics. He enjoys building go-to-market strategies, connecting people to new relations and positioning business language for both the executive and front line operations.
