Dawn-Marie Elder is the General Manager and CRO at SIPPIO leading sales, marketing and channels focused on enabling voice capabilities to increase the value of collaboration solutions allowing partners and carriers to build a healthy recurring revenue practice.

Prior to joining SIPPIO, Dawn-Marie built a career in cloud, software, and Digital Transformation with tenure at Microsoft, Insight and Avaya leading sales teams, solution innovation and business transformation through direct and tiered channel models. She is known for delivering results and for her commitment to driving customer and partner satisfaction. 

Dawn-Marie graduated with honors from Auburn University with a Master of Business Administration in international business and is an undergraduate alumnus of Ohio University. She enjoys boating, hiking, writing and painting. She and her husband, Robert, and daughter Avery, 19 and cocker spaniel, Winnie, live in Lake Norman, NC.
