• You will consent to each sponsor's own privacy and marketing policies by allowing them to scan your badge for the purpose of following up your interest at the event
• Tickets refunds: 60 days or more before the event = 100%, 20-59 days before the event = 50%, 20 or less days to the event = 0%
• Tickets are transferrable at no cost, please email events@commsverse.com for transfers
• All tickets are sold on allocation. No tickets are reserved even if you have been promised one through any incentive program
