Session Description

South Coast Summit — EmPOWER Your World

How do you enable the right people with the right tools and behaviours to maximise value of your Copilot and AI investment?

Simon will bring together the understanding from building Centres of Excellence (CoE) and Centres for Enablement (C4E) for low code solutions in the Power Platform with the new world of LLMs and Gen AI delivered through Copilot and agents.

We'll explore how you can create a Centre for Enablement (C4E) to empower teams, scale skills, and drive meaningful results with Microsoft Copilot across platforms like Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics.

He’ll share insights on:

- Building a governance model to support Copilot adoption

- Measuring and maximising Copilot’s impact

- Creating communities to sustain knowledge and ensure secure AI usage

This session combines the best practices from Centres of Excellence (CoE) in the Power Platform and adapts them to the world of Copilot and AI, to maximise value to individuals and organisations!
