Session Description

2025 is the year of agents, and Microsoft are leading the way putting agentic AI at the core of the broadly adopted productivity stack Microsoft 365. Not only that, but the entire industry is all in on AI agents across CRMs, productivity suites, building agentic protocols and communication methods and more. So yes, we're saying hello to agents in all types of organisations small and large. The challenge: creating the same safe and controlled balance against an enabled workforce who can use agentic AI to reimagine the work they do.

In this session, Claire and Lewis will recap the landscape of Microsoft 365 Agents, exploring some of the pathways to bringing agents into your workforce. Then, we'll quickly move into the real answers on how to actually make this possible for organisations of all sizes… because, yes, agents are turning up in enterprises today.

We'll explore security and compliance, understanding risk profiles for agents and further how to govern them. We'll look at achieving scale in the Microsoft 365 platform, and more broadly we'll look at working with broader industry contributions such as MCP and A2A protocol.

Want a head start on working with agents in your enterprise? Lewis and Claire have already been working in a number of large, scaled environments with agents being the topic at hand. Come and hear lessons learnt by us with a fun Pacman twist.
