Session Description
Are you struggling to stay up to speed with all of the new technology that involves AI? New tools such as Copilot, Agentic and MCP are shiny and new but how do you ensure that they are production ready and will drive value for your organisation?
In this session, we'll explore
- Approaches for capturing ideas and feedback
- Ways to prioritise elaborate and prioritise ideas based on potential impact
- The concept of experimentation
- The factors that enable rapid experimentation and testing, including technology and skills
- How to plan to fail or scale fast
This session is based on conversations with clients who have all started at different points but shared the desire to realise value from AI as fast as they can.
