Session Description

ChatGPT is the biggest buzz of the year and generative AI will continue to be key to changing how we work over the coming years.

In this session, we will explain how Microsoft is integrating Open AI's services as "Copilots" into their products with considerations for security and ethical concerns.

At the time of submission, the Copilots that will be discussed include:

  • Microsoft 365
  • Dynamics 365
  • Viva
  • Security
  • SharePoint
  • Windows

We will also discuss how these applications are integrated being integrated into the user experience, and scenarios where they are anticipated to add value to users.
