Understanding and awareness of the critical challenges facing water utilities today and how these issues contribute to the growing problem of Non-Revenue Water (NRW) loss within North America. Introduction to and improving familiarity with emerging trends and technologies, including smart water systems, acoustic and satellite leak detection, transient pressure monitoring, and regulatory shifts aimed at improving water conservation.
