Session Description

Spray-In-Place Pipe Rehab (SIPP) offers a trenchless rehabilitation process aimed at revitalizing aging underground piping systems. Capable of addressing a wide range of pipe diameters and configurations. This efficient and durable solution is designed to extend the service life of infrastructure while ensuring water quality and safety. Employing state-of-the-art robotic spray application technology, the SIPP process coats the interior of pipes with NSF/ANSI/CAN 600 approved 100% solids epoxy coating. This coating system can seal cracks and also possesses elasticity, accommodating minor structural movement". Once cured, the epoxy forms a semi-structural corrosion resistant lining, restoring original design parameters and fortifying the pipeline against future leaks and potential contaminants. The transformative potential of SIPP is an eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative for enhancing the longevity and integrity of underground water distribution systems.
