An Introduction to Shared Channels, aka Teams Connect

Shared Channels, more formally known as Teams Connect are coming. In this session we'll cover the background of how we got here with Channels, guests, and private channels. That will be followed by an introduction to Teams Connect and how you can use shared channels both within your organization and across different organizations, and how this replaces the need for several guest access and private channel scenarios - this part will be a PowerPoint free zone so you can see the sharing in action. Finally, we'll wrap by walking through the configuration requirements for setting up Teams Connect.
