Malin started as a CRM user with no technical background. In 2014 she got lost in the consultancy world and has stayed there ever since. She now works with the Power Platform and the CRM side of Dynamics 365, primarily focusing on Customer Insights. In 2019 she was awarded the MVP title from Microsoft, an honour that has been re-awarded every year since. Malin is also a sought-after trainer and delivers training throughout the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
