Biography
I am a second-year undergraduate student at the University of Colorado Boulder and an honors student in Leeds School of Business. I am working towards my bachelors degree in business administration with a double emphasis in finance and accounting, along with a minor in sports media. I am super interested and eager to learn about investing and corporate finance. My courses have allowed me to improve my public speaking and communication skills. My strong communication skills allow me to be open to collaborating with like-minded individuals and organizations to learn, contribute, and share with the finance community. I have also gained a deep understanding of Excel through my courses.
My interest in sports media stems from my passion for sports and growing up playing competitive soccer. I am extremely interested in combining my minor and major in the future to go into the sports finance industry. I have previously taken on an internship as a real estate intern for a local real estate group in my hometown. That experience confirmed for me that I wanted to major in business administration and helped me learn some of the ins and outs of sales. I look forward to networking with finance, accounting, and sports media professionals in the industry and sharing insights.
