Biography

I’m a business management student with a focus on entrepreneurship. My name is Noah Johnathan Williamson, and I’m passionate about business strategy, operations, and customer experience—especially in the restaurant and hospitality space. My studies have given me a strong foundation in marketing, finance, and management, but what really drives me is applying those concepts in real-world settings, particularly in the culinary industry.

I’m especially interested in how food service and business strategy intersect, with a focus on refining operational models and market positioning. Outside of business and academics, music and DJing are big parts of my life—they’ve taught me a lot about branding, audience engagement, and creating experiences people connect with. I also volunteer at my local Jewish community center, cooking for community programs, which has reinforced my appreciation for food as a way to bring people together.

I’m always looking to expand my knowledge of business management and entrepreneurship, taking what I learn in the classroom and applying it to real-world challenges. My goal is to develop the skills I need—whether in leadership, finance, or operations—to turn my vision into a successful and innovative dining concept.
