Hello, I’m Yigit, a sophomore majoring in Finance and Accounting. I was born and raised in Turkey and moved to the U.S. for college a year ago. Growing up, I was always curious about how things worked, which led me to develop a multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving. Whether it was analyzing data, understanding economic trends, or leading projects, I enjoyed looking at challenges from multiple perspectives to find the best solutions.

Throughout my academic journey, I’ve taken on leadership roles that have shaped my ability to collaborate and think strategically. These experiences made me realize the power of finance; not just as a technical skill but as a tool that drives businesses, economies, and long-term decision-making. I’m especially interested in how financial principles can be applied to create sustainable growth and mitigate risks in a rapidly changing world.
