Biography
I am a Business Administration student at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, with an emphasis in Real Estate and a strong background in sales, leadership, and team management. As Vice President of Theta Xi Fraternity, I oversee a $200,000+ annual budget, lead a team of 10 officers, and coordinate philanthropy, leadership, and community engagement initiatives. My sales experience includes earning "Salesperson of the Month" at Freedom Boat Club, where I conducted training programs and successfully promoted membership packages. Additionally, my time as a paratrooper in the Israeli Defense Forces has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, operate under pressure, and execute in high-stakes situations—all skills that translate directly into real estate brokerage and sales. I am passionate about market analysis, negotiation, and business development, and as a member of the CU Real Estate Club, I actively engage in networking and industry discussions. My goal is to build a career in commercial real estate brokerage and investment, leveraging my ability to analyze opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Fluent in Hebrew, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and always eager to take on new challenges, I am excited to apply my skills in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
