Hi, my name is Howard (Eli) Kales. I am a current student in the Leeds School of Business, at the University of Colorado Boulder. I am pursuing a major in finance and real estate, and I hope to achieve a career in commercial real estate one day.

I have strong attributes that would be useful in my future career, such as the ability to work well with others, strong leadership, and the capability to adapt well to any work situation I am placed in. I have been able to develop these qualities through many different extra curricular activities, as well as past work experiences. My past work experience consists of being a server at Hacienda Colorado, a line washer at Water Way Denver, and a youth soccer coach at Toca Soccer. I have also have volunteering background at the Urban Farm. Outside of past careers, I participate in several extra curricular activities in my free time. I was a player on the club soccer team at University of Colorado Boulder. I am also a current member of the Phi Kappa Sigma chapter in Boulder as well. In my free time I like to weight lift, ski, and play recreational soccer as much as I can. All of these prior experience have shaped my work ethic, and positive attributes that I will bring into the workforce in the future.
