As Managing Director for Service Providers at Gamma, I lead our strategy, commercial performance, and partner ecosystem across a rapidly evolving Global communications landscape. 

Over more than 18 years at Gamma, and more than 23 years in the industry, I’ve helped shape the growth of Cloud Communications, UCaaS, CCaaS and, increasingly, CPaaS, eSIM and IoT — ensuring our service provider partners can innovate, differentiate, and scale.

My focus is on building sustainable, partner‑first commercial models; developing high‑performing teams; and driving transformation across Cloud, Infrastructure, and next‑generation voice services. 

A career highlight has been contributing to Gamma becoming the UK’s leading provider of SIP trunking — a unique achievement globally — and leading the team that won Best Wholesale Sales Team at the Global Carrier Awards for three consecutive years.

I am passionate about helping service providers navigate shifting market dynamics: the globalisation of telecoms, the rise of hyperscale platforms, and industry convergence across UCaaS, CPaaS, and CCaaS

My role centres on steering strategy, strengthening international partnerships, and championing innovation across the full portfolio — from traditional connectivity to modern intelligent engagement solutions.
