Kristian MacCarter has over fourteen years of investment banking, corporate finance, and strategy experience, which includes leading various M&A transactions, debt and equity placements, and recapitalizations, as well as making principal investment decisions. Kristian focuses on serving clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sector, with an emphasis on Managed IT & Cloud Services, Cloud Communications, and B2B Software.

Prior to re-joining Q Advisors in 2020, Kristian worked at Bryan, Garnier & Co in Munich and Paris, and Rothschild in New York City. In both instances, he focused on M&A and equity placements in the TMT sector.

Kristian holds an MBA with Honors from London Business School, where he was a Merit Scholar, and graduated with High Distinction from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Finance/ Accounting and a minor in Economics. He speaks fluent German and English.
