Jonathan Potter, Principal, joined Incline in July 2020. He is responsible for evaluating, analyzing and monitoring investments made by the firm.

Previously, Jonathan was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors group at Guggenheim Partners where he focused on M&A advisory, leveraged finance transactions, restructuring and equity capital raising.

Jonathan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in International Relations, a concentration in Finance, and a minor in Systems Engineering.
