Automatically Render Diagrams of your Teams Call Flows

29th Jun 4:30pm - 4:55pm BST Room B
5 attended
Session Description

Are your call flows documented? Do you know what happens when a call hits a certain number? Can you tell which announcement or message gets played back at which stage in your call flow?

These are all questions which a lot of Teams Voice Admins or Engineers might get asked by the business or by a customer.

I created a PowerShell tool for that sole purpose. In this session I'm going to demonstrate what you can do with the "M365 Call Flow Visualizer" and how it will help your organization document and troubleshoot your existing call flows with ease.

In this session, I will cover the following topics:

  • Why I created this tool
  • Where to get it
  • How to use it
  • What you can do with it
  • How it will help you be more efficient
  • What to look for when optimizing the calling experience for your customers

This session is a high-level overview of automated and accurate documentation of existing environments. It can appeal to both Teams Admins as well as Managers who are responsible for a department and their call flow.
