Manage the Content Lifecycle with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Syntex

In this session I will show you how Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Syntex can be used to manage  content lifecycles i.e. manage controlled documents, manage purchase orders and contract management etc. Manage documents with automatic tagging, approval workflows, automatic document  generation and lifecycle management. This will all be closely integrated and available to be consumed and actioned using Microsoft Teams. I will also discuss the Content Lifecycle and how SharePoint Syntex with it's automation can help at every stage of the content lifecycle in your organisation. Initially classifying and extracting metadata to now generating documents using Content Assembly in response to the metadata extracted. Approval through Power Automate in Microsoft Teams and I will also show you how to quickly create dashboards of the content lifecycle using Power Bi to visually view the content lifecycle.

At the end of this session you have a good grasp of SharePoint Syntex and it's capabilities and I will show you a great integrated use case with Microsoft Teams. This scenario could then be rebuilt and adapted to meet many common business scenarios by using AI and machine learning to make work better!
