Building Discussion Boards in Microsoft Teams

People within organisations have questions that they need answering every single day. They may email their question to a colleague, telephone someone, or ask the person next to them. In all of these scenarios, the only person who benefits from the answer, was the person asking the question. You could use Teams Channel Posts! However, it's easy for questions to be overlooked in the posts tab. In this session, we'll look at how you could build discussion boards that categorise questions and discussions into structured Forum Groups and Forums.
