In this session, I will show you the features and functions for Auto Attendant and Call Queue. With both functions you can implement basic call center and switchboard solutions in your Teams Phone System deployment. The features, provided by Microsoft out of box, are often unknown but so powerful and a must have in your Phone System deployment. In some practical demos we will go through the configuration of the services and I will explain the different parameters. At the end, we will have some working test cases to use.
