Session Description

Smaller customers often find that the native features of Teams Phone meet their needs without requiring a full Contact Center solution. However, they frequently request the ability to display their customers' names instead of just phone numbers, when receiving calls to service numbers.

While there are a few solutions on the market that address this need, they are limited to Direct Routing only. 

 

This session will explain the concept of Reverse Number Lookup in Teams Phone and demonstrate how to set it up for Teams Call Queues with Direct Routing.
