Copilot Notebooks - Where Prompting Meets Productivity

25th Jun 10:10am - 10:55am BST Brooklands

Session Description

Since its launch, Copilot has been changing how we work with Microsoft 365. Until now, most interactions followed a familiar pattern: ask a question, get an answer, move on. Copilot Notebooks break that pattern.Picture a workspace where you're not just chatting with your AI assistant – you're thinking together, iterating, building. That's exactly what Copilot Notebooks are: a workspace for multi-step reasoning, structured creativity, and reusable insights that span across your M365 data. But it goes further: you can collaborate with colleagues directly within a Notebook, get automatic summaries of your current content, or even have Copilot turn your Notebook into a pod oder videocast - so you can listen instead of read or have a little video sneak peak.
In this session, we'll look at why Copilot Notebooks are one of the most exciting developments in Microsoft's AI strategy. You'll see live how multi-step reasoning works, how context can be built up and refined step by step – and how AI-driven processes can be made repeatable without writing a single line of code.
We'll connect the dots between Copilot Chat, Copilot Pages, Loop, and M365 data, showing how experimentation turns into real business results.

What's inside:
* What Copilot Notebooks really are - and where they differ from Copilot Chat and M365 Copilot
* How to structure multi-step prompts and make AI reasoning transparent and reusable
* How consultants and admins can use Notebooks to test, document, and scale Copilot scenarios
* How end users can turn daily work routines into repeatable AI workflows
* Where Copilot Notebooks fit within Microsoft's broader Copilot and Loop ecosystem

What you'll gain:
If you've ever felt that Copilot answers are "almost right" but not truly reusable - this session will shift how you think about AI in Microsoft 365. You'll walk away with a new approach to working with Copilot: less magic, more control – and a clear picture of how Copilot Notebooks can become part of your daily and strategic M365 practice.
