Session Description
Frontline workers mainly work from their mobile device, as business owner or IT admin you want this device to be easy to use and secure. Shared phones, rotating shifts, private devices, borrowed devices and "we want to work as we always done" are some of the considerations we have to do when implementing devices for Teams.
In this session, Linus Cansby and Anders Green show how to build a frontline environment that is secure by default but still user‑friendly. We will show real-world examples how to do it, and how we think that you should not do it.
In this session we will cover:
- What features do we have in Teams for FLW users.
- What actually happens when shared devices aren’t locked down properly
- What breaks (and what works) when devices are re‑assigned every shift
- How to avoid data exposure when personal and shared devices mix
- Operational impact of strong Conditional Access and least‑privilege
- Real stories of failures that became success patterns
- How can you use AI for your FLW users
