Session Description
By the end of this session, attendees will be able to: Identify early warning indicators of schedule risk and apply a lightweight weekly “schedule health” routine appropriate for small teams. Build an inter-agency coordination plan (stakeholder map + RACI + communication cadence) to reduce permitting, ROW, and utility-conflict delays. Apply an “ops-ready turnover” checklist that aligns commissioning, training, documentation, and CMMS/asset updates before start-up. Define a practical staffing and leadership plan for start-up and the first 90 days (roles, escalation paths, and decision rights).
