By the end of this session, participants will be able to: Identify the current technologies available for water and wastewater utilities, including flow monitoring, leak detection, cloud-based monitoring, and AI-driven analytics. Explain the major industry trends driving technology adoption, such as digital twins, predictive analytics, and real-time visibility. Describe the new capabilities utilities have today compared to five years ago, including proactive leak detection and integrated decision-making platforms. Assess how these technologies can improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Forecast future developments in water management technology, including AI-driven automation, interoperability, and cybersecurity enhancements.
