Session Description

Microsoft Teams provides companies opportunities and challenges in how users can collaborate with external parties.  Sharing information from within the Microsoft Cloud is a much better proposition than information being shared in locations outside of the control of IT and corporate governance.  However, faced with the myriad of options users can quickly get confused about how best to collaborate with external parties.  Should they use External Sharing, Guest Access or Shared Channels?  In this session, Peter will explore the different options for external access to Teams.  He will then assess how administrators can ensure external access is effectively managed and consider how compliance teams can effectively audit external access.  What tools, additional licenses and other options are available to ensure External Access can be confidently used in Teams.
