Teams audio and video quality is great, unless it's not. Then it's a problem. Maybe it's your problem. If it is, then this session is for you!

 

Teams is flush with tools and features to help you proactively and reactively address audio and video quality issues. Is your boss telling you that someone in the board meeting is having terrible audio quality issues? No problem! Did you know that you monitor dozens of factors that could contribute to this, live? Yup, you can.

Have a ticket about a poor call yesterday? Cool - there's a ton of information available to review. Low battery? Why even are you connected to 802.11g channel 14? That level of detail is here, so that you can give actual answers to the boss.
