Session Description

How can you use the built-in Admin Center and Teams Admin Center reports to understand and optimize Copilot usage and licensing?

In this session you will learn how to interpret and leverage the various Copilot usage and adoption reports to identify issues, drive adopton, and minimize licensing costs.

With Microsoft 365 Copilot costing $360/user/year it is critically important to be able to determine where the return on investment (ROI) in Copilot can be achieved. Analytics are the best tool to help you figure this out.

I'll cover the details of what the various reports can show and identify the gaps you should be aware of.

If you are interested in creating a business case for Copilot based on quantitative data then this session is a "must attend" for you!
