Microsoft Teams excels in streamlining communication and driving collaboration, but its intricate licensing model is far from streamlined.
Microsoft Teams has 7 user licences, 3 device licences, and the 7 different PSTN options. Recently, Microsoft de-bundled Teams, which further added to the options. And, of course, there are featured gated by the Microsoft 365 Copilot license.
