Damian leads the AI and Microsoft Power Platforms team at engineering, infrastructure and operations company Amey Ltd. He specialises in leveraging Microsoft technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, the Viva suite, M365 Copilot, and Azure AI, to drive business efficiency and innovation.

Throughout his 15 year career at Amey Damian has held various roles, from bidding and mobilising operational contracts to business improvement and operational management. In 2018, he transitioned into IT as a business partner and later joined Amey's Microsoft Platforms team. Since 2023, he has been responsible for AI Platforms, focusing on development, governance, security, and the adoption of M365 Copilot and the Power Platform.

Damian is passionate about harnessing technology to unlock its full potential and deliver maximum benefits to the business. He collaborates with teams across the organisation to identify opportunities for leveraging AI tools and ensures their effective use through strategic application and training.

He is also on the Organising Committee for the Manchester Power Platforms User Group.
