His background includes working in both industry and consulting roles, which has allowed him to gain knowledge across sectors from financial services to not for profit. As a ProSci certified change practitioner, Jon has been involved in large scale business change projects.​In his current role, Jon focuses on technical enablement for Microsoft Viva and Microsoft 365 Copilot. With a solid track record and a passion for technology, Jon helps clients drive performance using Microsoft technology.
