Oliver Norman is a Director at Alantra and a senior member of the firm's Technology Investment Banking team in the UK. With more than nine years of technology M&A experience, he has advised on over 20 transactions across software, IT services, digital transformation, unified communications (UCaaS), contact center (CCaaS), connectivity, and managed services markets. Oliver works closely with business owners, management teams, and investors to navigate growth, acquisitions, and strategic transactions across the communications and technology sectors. 

Before joining Alantra, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant at EY. His expertise spans valuation, M&A strategy, market positioning, and value creation within technology-enabled businesses.
