Biography
Claire Sattler, PE, Civil Project Engineer II Claire Sattler is a Civil Project Engineer at Merrick & Company (Merrick), specializing in water and wastewater treatment and distribution design. After graduating from University of Pittsburgh in 2020 with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering and minors in both Political Science and Sustainability, Claire worked as a project manager for a general contractor building water and wastewater treatment facilities in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Working there for about three years provided knowledge and experience on the constructability and operation of treatment facilities. In 2023, Claire moved to Denver, CO and began working for Merrick to focus more on the design aspect of these facilities. At Merrick, Claire combines her engineering knowledge with her previous construction experience to aid in the delivery of high-quality solutions for infrastructure projects, contributing to the efficient and sustainable development of water and wastewater systems.
