I am currently a Sr. Escalation Engineer and the Teams Device Champs Lead for North America in Microsoft.  I have been with Microsoft for 3+ years and this is my second time.   I have specialized in Voice and Devices with Teams and Skype through out my career.  I previously focused on architecture and deployment for Skype and Teams customers.  I have been deploying and supporting Skype since the LCS days.   I also have focus on supporting many Session Boarder Controllers and SIP trunking options.
