From Microsoft to early-stage startups, Davlet has spent his career at the intersection of fast-moving teams and the infrastructure that has to keep up with them — where reliability isn't optional. That experience shaped a simple conviction: the faster teams ship, the more the infrastructure underneath needs to be airtight.
AI makes this more urgent and more complicated at the same time. As co-founder of Cloudgeni, Davlet works on the hard part — making AI genuinely useful in real infrastructure environments, without trading away the safety and control that teams depend on.
