The Competella Communications Suite for Teams consists of:

• Attendant Console – a powerful tool for Receptionists to do efficient call transferring to the organization
• Contact Center Enterprise - 360 degree view for agents and supervisors
• Contact Center Workgroup – Advanced hunt-group solutions, both for Teams users and blue collar workers

The Competella Communication suite provides access to real-time statistics, log’s and reporting capabilities so that you can surveillance and analyze your service level and plan your agent rota’s.

As Competella is natively integrated to Teams via the Graph API Extend model – you can choose and mix between all available Telephone trunk line options (Direct Route, Operator Connect, Calling Plans).
