Kate Minnihan has worked at Leeds for over five years serving on the Career Development team. She primarily focuses on working with employers to host career events, attend fairs, and more. She also oversees the Career Treks program. Kate is an alum and graduated from Leeds in 2018. On the side, she also has a coaching and consulting business called Enneagram With Kate where she helps individuals and teams learn more about themselves to develop greater self-awareness, evoke empathy for others, and improve their communication skills. Outside of her professional career, Kate loves to travel internationally and enjoy the sunny weather in San Diego where she resides with her fiancé and goldendoodle Pickles.
