Joshua Fulton is a Senior Recruiting Consultant at Plante Moran. He obtained his Master's in Organizational Leadership and Learning in May 2018 from the George Washington University's Graduate School of Education and Human Development. He has a profound passion for leadership development, organizational change, and recruiting early talent. Josh's ultimate goal is to blend his passions for recruitment, organizational behavior, and adult learning to promote positive and strategic change within organizations by sourcing and recruiting the next stage of diverse leaders.

Before beginning his position and being admitted to George Washington University, Joshua worked as the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions at the George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs and an Admissions Counselor for the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to this, he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biological Science and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Missouri. He focused on developing a wide range of public speaking, collaboration, and leadership skills through working within his university/community.
