Jacob is a seasoned talent acquisition and higher education professional with extensive experience in recruiting, international admissions, and talent management. Currently serving as the Campus Recruiting Manager at RubinBrown LLP, he leads the firm’s internship and entry-level hiring strategies for all markets. His role includes developing university partnerships, engaging with student organizations, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the firm’s presence on campuses nationwide.

Prior to RubinBrown, Jacob spent a decade in higher education admissions, specializing in international recruitment. His early career included work at Indiana University, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the university’s international applicant pool and refining admissions policies. In these positions, he evaluated international credentials, led global recruitment trips across five continents, and coordinated large-scale admissions events. At the University of Denver, he served as the Director of Undergraduate International Admission, where he managed global student recruitment, oversaw the international admissions team, and collaborated with university leadership to support international student initiatives. His efforts contributed to the university’s strong student enrollment and enhanced global partnerships.

With a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) in Policy Analysis & European Affairs and a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance from Indiana University Bloomington, Jacob brings a unique blend of analytical, communication, and leadership skills to his work. His expertise spans talent management, strategic planning, people operations, interviewing, and global recruitment.
