Katia has been in the tech startup space for the last 13 years. She's been with a number of companies helping them navigate HR issues through M&A, IPOs, and high-growth phases. Katia is a first generation American, with Peruvian roots. She is excited to share her perspectives and experience as a Latina in the startup world. 

She primarily specializes in Executive and manager coaching, helping organizations maintain culture, and attracting and retaining talent. She also establishes strong HR processes to ensure companies are prepped for growth.
