I am a Commercial Real Estate professional at Chatham Financial, currently serving as a Data Associate on the Platform Success team. My role is centered on ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and standardization of real estate data, which directly supports institutional clients in their valuation, debt management, and investment decision-making processes. By leading initiatives to enhance data processes and standardization, I help improve efficiency and deliver high-quality insights to real estate investors, lenders, and asset managers.

My expertise spans financial modeling, property and debt valuation, and risk analytics, with a focus on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize real estate portfolio strategies. I work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows, implement best practices for data integrity, and develop solutions that enhance transparency and decision-making in commercial real estate.

Currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Analytics at the University of Colorado - Boulder, I am further refining my skills in data analysis, automation, and predictive modeling to drive efficiency and scalability in valuation and reporting. My background also includes corporate and real estate law, providing me with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, contract analysis, and corporate structuring, which adds value to my approach in real estate finance.

Beyond work, I stay active through soccer, running, and hiking, and I enjoy coaching and mentoring when time allows. I am passionate about combining financial expertise with data-driven solutions to create impactful outcomes in commercial real estate.
