Shelby Erhardt is a data-driven professional with expertise in biostatistics, data analytics, and real estate financial consulting. She holds an M.S. in Biostatistics from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and a B.S. in Medical Mathematics from Creighton University.

Currently a Data Consultant at Chatham Financial, Shelby specializes in global real estate data governance, quality control analytics, and client implementations. Previously, she worked as a Biostatistician at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, managing complex data systems for veteran-centered research. Her experience also includes roles as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where she focused on data analysis, statistical modeling, and programming in Python and SAS.
