Marissa has 15+ years of Talent and Org Development experience and is a senior practitioner who anchors her work on business needs. She creates people strategies, designs interventions, facilitates programs and offsites and coaches individuals and teams to move organizations forward. 

Marissa has been an Instructional Designer, Consultant and Product Manager in the Leadership and Employee Engagement space. Over the last 10 years at Google she’s been a Learning and Development Business Partner, Chief of Staff in HR building and leading Strategy and Operations teams and was most recently the Lead for Talent and Org Effectiveness in Ads. Since being certified as a coach in 2014, Marissa has coached internally and externally, including VPs.

Marissa is a certified coach through Co-Active Training Institute, has an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BA in Political Science from University of California, San Diego.
